Who We Are

During the 29 years it has been in business, the Gallery has earned a reputation for excellence. This has made it a destination spot for art lovers throughout the Lower Mainland region of British Columbia. We are approachable and knowledgeable and work closely with each customer to choose exactly the right artwork and/or custom frame, at a fair price and without pressure.

Dennie Segnitz Owner White Rock Gallery

Dennie Segnitz

Dennie has been with the Gallery since its inception in 1989. Every day gives her an opportunity to show afresh her strong dedication to the world of art. She particularly appreciates the close working relationships she has established over the years with artists and clients.

Amy joined the Gallery in 2006. She has an astute design sense which is readily seen in her solid framing advice and our constantly changing wall arrangements.

Frances Welsh

Frances is a familiar face to many clients who’ve known her these past 17 years. She tames the mountains of paperwork but is best known for her wicked cup of tea.

Byron Kagawa

Byron joined the Gallery in the summer of 2012. He brings with him a great deal of framing experience, but for now we’ll be affectionately calling him the “newbie.”

Len Goertzen

Len Goertzen

Len retired from framing in 2012 after nearly a decade of excellent workmanship. He’s happy to have more time with his family and his Harley Davidson.
