Refund policy

White Rock Gallery has a 10-day return policy, providing 10 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was received—undamaged and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Original crating, shipping, and insurance charges are non-refundable. If approved, the return shipment will be charged to the client or deducted from the refund. Only return freight charges will apply.

To start a return, please contact us at info@whiterockgallery.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to White Rock Gallery without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to the client.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate and correct the issue. If the package is visibly damaged or damage to the contents is obvious, please do not accept the item. Send it back with the original delivery person.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch at info@whiterockgallery.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To exchange your item, please request a return. Once your return is approved, please make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and subsequently, inform you if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method. Original crating, shipping, and insurance charges are not refundable. If your return is approved, the return shipment will be charged to the client or deducted from the refund. Only return freight charges will apply. 

Please keep in mind a refund's immediacy is sometimes dependent on your bank or credit card company's respective processing time.

During these past 33 years, White Rock Gallery has become one of the most durable art destinations in British Columbia and a well-regarded online venue across North America and beyond. We understand that original art cannot be pushy. It should leave our walls for yours only when it speaks to you personally and persuasively. Step one for the gallery is simply to assemble compelling pieces of art, by building strong relationships with our diverse array of professional artists. Step two is to provide a welcoming, unhurried environment in which the displays are always kept fresh and interesting. Running through all these years is the forging of respectful relationships with clients whom we’ve known in many cases for over two decades. And we’re always happy to speak with newcomers. A phone call is a great way to start if you aren’t able to drop by in person.
